Lee, my back was bothering me. Sciatic nerve hurt real bad. Sinus headaches real bad. Take medicine for that and then that medicine gives me a different kind of Headache. I've been through about 6 months of feeling like shit. I know if I quit smoking these Cigs I'd feel better. Two and a half packs a day can't be good. I packed in Coll hoops because I didn't feel well. And bases didn't start out great but I am coming back. I feel alittle bit better now. This getting OLD shit sucks. I'm falling apart at 63 :mj07: :mj07:

Please try to stop smoking or get help to stop smoking .. just does so much damage to every cell in your body. I smoked for over half a century and stopped in '01 .. feel so much better, now. I just couldn't breathe anymore and spent most of my time trying to hack-up from my lungs. Long time friend of mine has been in ICU for two weeks now with tubes into his lungs and stomach. I tried to get him to quit smoking to no avail. It has gone into pneumonia, and his kidneys are failing, now. They tried to take the tube out from his lungs to see if he could breathe on his own, but his throat is so swollen from irritation by the tube, that it didn' work, and they had to put the tube back in. Anyway, please give some thought to quitting .. I'm sure all your followers would like to keep you healthy. : )

BA took me forever to give up the damn cigs..Can tell ya honestly at 63 you ain't going to get a whole lot better until you stop putting those chemicals in your blood stream..

I sleep better..ache less and food actually taste like it should..
