Not a good night for me OWENS. Not a bad night either. My totals simply suck! I can't remember the last time I won an under bet.....but you can bet your sweet ass that the under will hit if I bet the damn game over!

My record for betting totals in this second half is below 50%, so if I was smart I would stop wagering on totals.
With that said, today I'm playing....

OAK/TORONTO under 9 -120 L

Both of these pitchers can shut down the opposing hitters. Manaea has given up 2 earned runs or fewer in 8 of 11 starts and he literally shut down NYY, CLEVE, and HOUSTON on the road this year, giving up only 1 run each time. Stroman on the other hand, is pitching as well as anybody in baseball right now. Over his last five starts, he?s allowed only four runs total. He?s allowed zero runs in two starts, one run in two starts, and two runs in one start. Maybe I'm looking at this all wrong and that's why I can't pick a total to save my rear-end, but the under in this game makes sense to me.

Thanks bud....you're right, that was another B R U T A L loss thanks to Oakland's relief pitching! I doubt you'll ever see me bet on Oakland again and I assure you I will NEVER make another under wager in baseball. Twelve walks in that game! It is tough to win an under bet when there are 12 walks! I'm now convinced that betting totals in baseball is like flipping a frickin' coin. Some may disagree with that, but that's how I feel.
