Split yesterday....won with ND and NC. Lost with Iowa State and Gonz. Iowa State was a bad pick. I thought they could keep the score close, even if they didn't win, but they came out and appeared to be uninspired and got in such a big hole, they just never recovered. Give Virginia a lot of credit, obviously. Syracuse just continues to amaze me! All this from a team that lost 13 games this year!! One thing is certain....DEFENSE wins games and Virginia and Syracuse can D it up with the best of them.
Which leads me to today. I'm going with the two teams that seem to me to be playing the best defense right now. I like both favorites. Although I don't feel real strong about either game.

Tomorrow is another story....I absolutely love one of the games and it will be a definite Double Play.
