I'm getting these games in now...lines as of Tuesday morning.

ARKANSAS +6 Double Play W
The Hogs got "schooled" last week by Auburn to the tune of 56-3. I can't explain that, but I think they play much better this week at home. So far, Arkansas has played a very tough schedule, which includes wins over TCU and Ole Miss. They've also played Alabama and Tex A&M, so I don't think they will be intimidated by Florida. The Gators on the other hand has played just one game that I would consider legit and that was vs Tennessee who beat the Gators by 10 points. In what should be a very competitive game, I'm taking the home team getting 6 points.

IOWA +8 Double Play L
Iowa coming off of a bye week AND getting 8 points!! That in itself is enough for me. Again, I think this will be a very competitive game and I'll gladly take the Hawkeyes plus the generous spread vs an over-rated Penn State team..

NW +7 Double Play L
I have been very impressed with NW the last 4 weeks with wins over Iowa, Mich St, Indiana and last week they played a very good game vs Ohio State in Columbus and only lost by 4! Wisky has been playing really well too, losing 2 games by a TD and winning two games by a TD. I think NW can hang with the Badgers at home, so I'm taking the points here.

ALABAMA -7 Double Play W
This one is simple for me, I'll take Bama only giving a TD....vs anyone!

NEBRASKA +17 1/2 Double Play L
The line on this game makes no sense to me. The Buckeyes have not played well for 4 straight games. Their high powered offense has "bogged-down" in recent weeks, averaging only 25 points vs Wisc., Penn State and NW. Now they are favored by 17 to a 1 loss Nebraska, who lost in OT to Wisc last week!! I'll bite....I'm betting on the Huskers to keep it close.

Going to tag along and add Navy +7 as I think they give ND all they can handle.

NAVY +7 W
NAVY over 64 L

You can always count on Navy to give a total effort. Last weeks game vs S Fla. they were getting beat 45-14 but ended up losing (and covering or push) by only 7....52-45. Navy's defense is pretty bad, as they have given up an average of 40 points per game their last three games. But they've scored an average of over 44 points a game in those same three games, against three pretty solid defenses. I am not impressed with Notre Dame's defense either and offensively, ND should be able to score a few points too. I don't see any reason why both teams can't at the very least, score in the 30's. In what should be another competitive game, I'm taking Navy plus the points and betting over the posted total.

Thanks Hawkeye....The bye week certainly had to benefit Iowa.....no doubt about that. I might be wrong....but I think Penn State is over-rated. I give the Hawkeyes a legitimate chance of winning and to me, the points are the way to go.
