EASTERN MICHIGAN -24 Double Play W
Ball St is just flat out terrible! In their last 4 games (all MAC games) they have lost all four by an average score of 8-50! In Ball State's two road games in the MAC, they've scored a grand total of 6 points!! E Mich is a lot better than their 2-5 record (lost three games in OT). E Mich has also covered the spread in all but one of their games this year, with that one loss in OT to Ohio U. 24 points is a lot to lay with a 2-6 team, but I feel E Mich will take out a lot of frustration in this game and easily cover the big spread.
NORTHERN ILLINOIS +8 L
Both teams 4-0 in the MAC West Division, so a big game for both teams. I hate going against Toledo and their QB Woodside, but I think N Ill can give Toledo a good game. N Ill has won 3 of 4 road games this year including at Nebraska, with their lone loss by 6 points to a very good San Diego St team who beat Stanford and Arizona State this year. I'll take the generous points.
