I know S Carolina has really let me down a couple of times this year; beat Iowa St on a neutral court and then do squat. Watch them get sky high for this one!

South Carolina is in for a can of whoop ass.

South Carolina is in for a can of whoop ass.

Kentucky, if they lose, will lose to a team that has a gunner... like an old Creighton team with Dougie Buckets or Korver... They will not be beaten by a team. South Carolina does poorly what Kentucky does well. South Carolina fouls a ton... Kentucky is going to shoot 30+ FT's tomorrow. South Carolina is weak on the offensive boards and the Cats will get them for that. South Carolina allows almost 40% shooting outside the arc and that will hurt. Offensively, South Carolina is pedestrian and while they will be jacked up for this game I think it will work against them. This KY team has played in enemy territory.

South Carolina one of the worst defensive efficiency teams in the SEC. They foul a tremendous amount, they do not guard the perimeter well, and they are not a great team on the defensive rebounding side. Offensively, South Carolina does not shoot well outside the arc... They do shoot FT's well.

I believe the KY guards will be able to penetrate at will. I believe Cauley Stein will have a big game (Mr. Obvious) and I believe Uelis will have a field day. KY will shoot 37 FT's and make 28 of them. They will dominate the boards. The fighting Frank Martins will battle for awhile... They will have a definitive home court but I just do not believe they enough guns to keep this close. KY wins 71-55.

not sure it matters a ton but remember last year- KY went into SC last year off the loss, in OT, to arkansas. The game got very chippy as SC was up most of the game and KY made a run and had a chance to tie it up and there was a jump ball situation and it got real real chippy. After this game people started questioning the Cats toughness. I assure you the KY players remember this game.

UK vs USC is sold out

It?s the first time in four years since Colonial Life Arena has seen a sold out crowd. The last time the arena sold out was in 2011 against, you guessed it, Kentucky. I expect to see a lot of blue tomorrow, what about you?
