The smoker sounded like a great idea as it looks beautiful outside in the Bluegrass but then i walked outside and it is 22 degrees. Wth! I think i will just order pork in. Haha

The elite 8 is here. ND is an excellent team and a lot of fun to watch. If they werent playing UK i would be cheering for them. For UK they have been playing all year for now. Everything has been for today. At times this season i felt UK looked bored. I think we see them pick up everything a notch like they did last game. I think for here on out (if they win) they look to make a statement every game. This is now a business trip. I do not think they will dominated nd like they did wvu but i do think the game will never be in question. I look for a fast start with a double digit lead in the first 10 minutes with the lead tinkering between 12-20 for the rest of the game. I am firing on UK 1h, UK side and smaller play on over. UK 80-64. Go Cats!!!

I love my wildcats. I have played all of these and just find it interesting how well they have played in the second half. I think the platoon system wears the other team down and the result is a big 2H. Just fyi.

Ok? Glad you felt the need to share that. My guess is you are trying to bait me.

I have been a fan all my life. What we have today is not exactly what i had hoped for as a fan but it is what we have today. That does not change me supporting my team. I will say it is a lot of fun signing top recruits, winning, going to final fours, winning championships and even watching all the ex UK players in the NBA. I am going to enjoy this while we have it because i know we will not have it like this forever.

It's an accepted practice in the Minor League for the NBA..

Could have been stopped a long time ago..

Don't blame the coach's or the kids..

They are simply making the best and of a horrible system allowed to happen by the money hungry "higher learning" places of business.

You took the words right out of my mouth all the way to " hate the game not the player" but i was just to lazy to type. I fight this fight with the little brother program down the street (ul) everyday. Our fans and their fans have excellent banter. It is a lot of fun. But you are right this can all be controlled. I am sure that things will change and probably soon since Cal is having so much success. It is no secret that the ncaa and many coaches hate Cal. Heck i was not even a fan of his until we got him but we did and so i will support him. I do think he is doing an outstanding job on the court but off the court is what surprised me the most. He is involved with so many charities and does so much in the community. I really do think he runs a players first program and advising them to do what is best for them at that point in time. Which i think is another reason why so many kids leave early.

The second half and under really have my interest...i really think the other team just runs out of gas with the platoon system wearing them down when it comes to 2nd half. Also on the under UK has an excellent d and blocking ability. The other teams have been trying to control tempo in the beginning of the game by slowing things down but eventually they have to run to try and catch up.

I have played 1h, 2h and side every game but cannot bring myself to play the under. I hate unders but it has been money. That d is incredible. My guess eku scores about 45-50pts. Cal has been talking about increasing tempo and wants them to take about 20 more shots per game....which should start to. Raise that total.
