The smoker sounded like a great idea as it looks beautiful outside in the Bluegrass but then i walked outside and it is 22 degrees. Wth! I think i will just order pork in. Haha

The elite 8 is here. ND is an excellent team and a lot of fun to watch. If they werent playing UK i would be cheering for them. For UK they have been playing all year for now. Everything has been for today. At times this season i felt UK looked bored. I think we see them pick up everything a notch like they did last game. I think for here on out (if they win) they look to make a statement every game. This is now a business trip. I do not think they will dominated nd like they did wvu but i do think the game will never be in question. I look for a fast start with a double digit lead in the first 10 minutes with the lead tinkering between 12-20 for the rest of the game. I am firing on UK 1h, UK side and smaller play on over. UK 80-64. Go Cats!!!

22 is brutal for me. It's sunny and beautiful here but only 63 :). The pork sounds good! The first thing I do when I get back up that way is get barbeque; and then on the way back, right before Memphis pick up a few lbs to go at Tops. Hard to find good barbeque too far south; if the place doesn't have smoke coming out of the roof or a building near by I won't even stop. Enjoy your pork Big G :toast:

Kentucky survives Notre Dame on late FTsKentucky survives Notre Dame on late FTs

Andrew Harrison made two free throws with six seconds remaining, and the top-seeded Wildcats kept their unbeaten season and national title hopes intact with a 68-66 win over Notre Dame on Saturday night in the Midwest Regional final. It took everything Kentucky had to hold off the Fighting Irish (32-6),...

Wow! What a game. I feel bad for the nd team. They played the perfect game to beat UK and they are really good. It seemed like they were going to win and probably should have .....however good/great teams always find ways to win. I found myself trying to come to terms with losing several times in those last 5 minutes. I will take it all the way to Indy!!! Go Cats!!!

In terms of my assessment. Way off again. Lost every bet played on this game including the in game etc...i am going back to what i did with the wvu game. Fade myself!!! The last 2 months have been brutal. I like wisconsin+6. As of this morning this looks like a gift to me....so i will be all over UK.

These were the final numbers....well i must say i am disappointed but that is the way it goes sometimes. It was a great exciting year. Lots of fun. I wouldhave gladly traded a few loses earlier in the year for the title. Wisconsin is a great team and i will be cheering for them. I like Bo Ryan and it is nice to see an outstanding senior and some other upper classmen stick around for the goal of a title. I hope they get it.

KY will be back. As long as Cal is there the recruits will come and we will contend. Four final fours in last five years. Nice run. Just need to close now.
