I said it after they played us and I will say it again after watching this Louisville game. When they came to Chapel Hill they would NOT go away. I mean we would pull up by 15, 16, 14 and they kept cutting it to 6 points. To play in hostile arenas like in the dean dome or in Louisville and to show such grit to come back, they are going to be a force in March on a neutral court. This comeback was initiated with strong defense and that's what it takes to win a championship.

Just imagine if Kentucky could have shot the ball in the first half. This would have been a blow out. Great win for Kentucky

a little early to say the championship goes through chapel hill. losing by 13 pts to unc when you shoot 16 fts and they shoot 40 just means you lost. if we use your analogy, then notre dame is heading to final 4, by winning by 10 at indy when unc wins by only 7 there.

as long as their guards can handle pressure defense then they have shot to make some noise. Cutback on the to's. Their still learning and will only get better.

You ompletely missed the point of my post. When watching basketball, any sport for that matter, there are times when you see a team and think "they've got it"..."it" being what it takes to be a contender, a winning team. Beating up bad teams shows nothing about a team's ability. Losing on the road to two quality home teams, and showing the grit to not quit and grind it out to stay in the game is a big indicator. Especially this early in the season. Then to repeat that down 15 points to a very good Louisville team if impressive in my book, win or loss.

Your post confirmed what I said. In Chapel Hill, even when they were getting screwed by the refs and in a hostile environment, they still had the guts to fight back 3 separate times after going down double digits. There are maybe 1 or 2 other teams at this point in the season who are capable of doing that.

Nowhere in my post did I compare UNC winning by a certain margin compared to KU. I think most people on here understood the point I was trying to make....KU doesn't fold when 99% of other teams would and that IMO will lead them far into the postseason. Sometimes you post some things that make absolutely no sense bud.

My post had nothing to do with UNC at all, it was about Kentucky. You know, I can still post about other teams that are good. You're like every dook fan...blindly obsessed with Carolina.
