So, not exactly sure what is going on but I have been suspended/removed from 5dimes.

I made a payout request yesterday and I was trying to make soccer wagers today and it said my account has been suspended. I try to talk to live help and they tell me it was done by Tony and he is not available. WTF this place is such a shit show.

If I were you I'd just take my money and get out (once Tony is involved just forget about moving forward in a positive manner), and if you've never spoke to Tony before you are in for a treat:facepalm:

5dimes is fair and they will always pay you, but once Tony is up in your shit, forget about it.

You will get all money that is owed to you, as much of an asshole Tony is, 5dimes is fair and will always pay. If you have any problems I am sure Jack will help you out (sponsor).

Of all the complaints about 5dimes I don't think I have ever read any post on here where they didn't pay up.

And yes I dealt with Tony a long long long time ago and it still haunts me, I feel so bad for the staff at 5dimes that has this guy as their boss, that must suck.

5dimes doesn't care much for winners. They will pay, but show you the door or make your limits so ridiculously low that you'll end the relationship. They will pay, though. Never had a problem with them not paying.
Tony acts like God, and, he is God at 5dimes. Once you have to deal with him, forget about it.
He cut my live wagering limits BIG TIME, and when I asked him to reconsider, he basically said "No. If you lose $XX,XXX back to us, then we will reconsider your live-wagering limits."
It's his business and he can do what he wants to protect it. I don't like it, but that's the reality.

I have had the limits battle already... I had a decent women's week this past week but it was by no means a BIG week. But obviously something is up... They rejected my payout and I have been told all day that Tony was not in and they have no way of getting a hold of him... They dont know his schedule. So basically my money is just sitting there... I had to make a deposit into another book to play tonight.

You know- I have just started playing again with real regularity. Normally I am a weekend player. I won a couple of dimes in football and I am up a bit more than that this week. My wife is fucking tripping though... They are going to keep your money etc etc... I told her baby just relax. I will make sure that we get our money... Just aggravating.

I cannot wait until this shit becomes completely above board and puts pieces of shit like Tony out of business. Once they lose the US player its curtains.

Yup, looking forward to the day where they don't have us by the balls with our money. Right now, it's like the wild west.
However, I'm not worried about you (or me) getting paid from 5dimes. They have never let me down in the past with payouts. I'm quite certain your money is safe. There's about 10 places where I have money spread out, and never have to worry about sweating a payout. 5dimes is one of them.
My advice? Get your money and then leave.

I have attempted to get a hold of Tony for 2 days to no avail. I keep being told later today, tonight, tomorrow... etc. I have told them multiple times I have no desire to speak with Tony at this point. I just want my money. I am being told that nothing can be done until I speak to Tony. So, I started another account with another book. Have to admit I am not happy with the new book. It is a sponsor so I am not going to call them out. I am hoping to start a new account after the weekend with another book.

At this point my wife is flipping out on me telling me that TOny has stolen my money etc- This delay in talking to me is just childish dumb shit. I dont understand the games. If you freeze/disable my account then just give me my money and lets be done. He pulled this shit, due to my doing dumb shit, a few weeks ago and I humbled myself in order to continue with 5d. I made a few dimes the past couple of weeks but I have not hit any of their "human error" lines... Not sure how much you guys watch their live lines but they put up bad lines EVERY NIGHT. I gave them my word that I would not hit anymore of them and so I did not. But you have to realize my largest NCAAB wager this year was less than a dime. Texas A&M vs KY and then Oregon -2 vs Arizona. I did do pretty well this past week betting womens basketball but nothing insane. I made a payout request on Monday and then my account was disabled on Tuesday. I mean really this stuff is such stupid drama. Its so pointless. I manage 35 people a day and anywhere from 3 to 10 projects the last thing I need is this stupid kid shit with my sportsbook.

Hopefully, this Tony fellow can grace me with his time tomorrow so I can get resolution. I want the money- I worked hard for that money. That money is to buy my wife something nice. Everyone keeps telling me that I am going to get my money but this delay stuff and avoiding me makes me wonder... It is really tiresome.

Betting into bad lines is something Tony, more than anyone else, will not tolerate. He considers it stealing from him. It doesn't matter if it's 50 cents or $5k. To him, it's "blatant theft." He, more than anybody I know, will not tolerate what he deems "shot takers." (I'm not calling you a "shot taker", but he views many people as such)
I went through the same thing with him many years ago, even though I didn't know I was betting into a bad line in the 2H an NFC playoff game. Who puts up a bad line on an NFL playoff game?
If he's going to offer a hundred different betting options for a single event, than it is HIS group's responsibility to make sure their lines are correct. Hey Tony, if you don't want people betting into bad lines, then put up the right lines or don't offer a hundred different ways to bet on something. It's funny how this rarely seems to happen in Vegas. But Tony puts up bad lines, like you said, every night.
It sounds to me that he is pissed at you. You might have bet Oregon before (or once) the Sean Miller decision came out. So what? So did I. Credit us that we beat the line move by 5 or so points.
The other thing Tony hates is a player who "hits and runs"....meaning, you win on a questionable game and then request a withdrawal. Or, you just make constant withdrawals. To that I say "F-Him!"....before bitcoin, I was paying $80 per check he sent me. That is borderline criminal.
Not defending him AT ALL. I have just been around long enough to know how he operates. I'm not saying he is right, but he is holds firm to his beliefs.
I'm starting to wonder whether you will get paid or not. I don't mean to scare you, but after reading your last post, my mind has changed a bit. The reason I say this us because Tony (or the main lady who works for him) don't take this long to get back to people. Tony has a great record of paying his customers before closing their accounts.
It seems like you already had issues with Tony/5dimes for betting into bad lines. I'm pretty sure he flagged your account, and then you did something else he didn't like. He's now extremely pissed.
I don't agree with him, however, I don't know all the details. A fair resolution (IMO) would be to pay you whatever you have in your account balance, and then cease doing business with you. That would be the best for both sides.

Tony knows that his customers really can't do anything legally to get the money they feel they are owed. So, he acts like he's God and does what he pleases.
Like I said, it's still the wild west with offshores. When this becomes legal soon, these guys know their business are going to take a big hit....UNLESS they stop the shenanigans, offer us better reduced juice than legal books, and offer huge bonuses.
