Ok first off just had to throw this out there.....Cambridge, Ontario is where I took my drivers test, got my license at age 16 in Cambridge.
Anyway just had to throw that out there
As for the African Lion Safari, hilarious that you mentioned that. If you live anywhere in Southern Ontario you have seen the "African Lion Safari" commercials thousands and thousands of times. They have been airing since the early 80's. The song gets stuck in your head. Here is a commercial from 1985, and guess what? The commercials now are the same. That song will stick in your head for hours:lol:

I really can't help you with my thoughts on the "African Lion Safari", last time I was there was mid 80's. But anyone I have ever talked to always has positive things to say. Of course young kids love it.
Perhaps there are some other madjackers that have been there recently? Maybe they could help:shrug:
If you are staying in Cambridge you might want to check out this place:
Langdon Hall
http://www.langdonhall.ca/Home#
The restaurant is almost always in the "Top 20 best restaurants in Canada".
Also, I have no idea when you will be driving through Southern Ontario, but keep this in mind:
http://www.ticats.ca/main/index
July 27th Hamilton Tiger Cats play Saskatchewan
Maybe take in a CFL game:shrug:
Keep in mind Hamilton plays their home games in Guelph, Ontario (their stadium in Hamilton is being rebuilt). Guelph is not far from Cambridge.
Oh and thanks for putting that "African Lion Safari" commercial in my head:thefinger
