It's sad because he never got to play on a good team and I think this years team has a chance to be good, especially if they had the old Felix.
His velocity has dipped like 4mph the last 3 years. He changed his mechanics to compensate. Which tells me that unless he can be an Uber-command pitcher, he's done.
Lots of miles on that arm. He's only 31 but prob now has the arm of a 36 year old.
