KINGS/NETS Over 196.5 - Both teams figure to be inspired for this nationally televised contest that just may be an NBA Finals preview. The Nets are playing the best ball in the NBA right now. They have now won 10 games in a row, going 8-2 ATS while averaging 101.9 points per game during this streak. They have topped the 100-point mark in 7 of these 10 games, and scored 98 and 99 points in 2 others. Also, they always get up for the upper echelon teams of the Western Conference, as evidenced by their 117-83 rout of Sacramento in this building last year. You can bet that the Kings remember that game vividly, and they too should be fired up for this contest. They would like nothing better than to put an end to the Nets long winning streak, thus staking their claim as possibly the best team in basketball, especially in light of Dallas?s recent ATS struggles. The Kings are averaging 99.1 points per game for the season, and they could easily top the century mark themselves with their best effort. All things considered, this has the potential to be one of the most exciting NBA games this season, and I would not be at all surprised to see BOTH teams reach triple digits.
