You're talking about the 'Messenger Service Message from WebPopUp' right???

If so:

Click Start
Click on Run
Then type: cmd.exe into the little box and click okay.

Then:
type: net send 127.0.0.1 Hi, am I vulnerable to a net send messages? then press "enter" on your keyboard.

If you recieved a popup Messenger advertisement window with "your" typed out message, you need to disable the service.

Disabling the Messenger Service:

1-
Click Start and then click Run.

2-
In the run box type: services.msc

3-
The Services window opens. Maximize the window so you can see the services items better, Locate and Double Click on the word "Messenger"

4-
Click the "Stop" button and the service will run the stop process.

5-
Stop Service Process.

6-
Choose "Disabled" for the startup type.

7-
Click on the Apply button to set the service state.
then click "ok"

8-
The Messenger Service now shows "Disabled" and you can close the window to exit back to your desktop.

9-
Restart Your Computer and enjoy "free of messenger popup spam" while you surf!!!
