I lost a very good friend of mine today half way across this great country of ours...I last spoke with him on Friday, Jan 27 and he did not know how to open his e-mail....DOA today at the hospital, 52 years young...

e-Mailed him all kinds of stuff, one of his brothers also, so at least one family member knows where it came from...

My question is ...other than destroying the computer, is there any way to delete my mail??? I only have his e-mail addy, no pass word.

He had an 18 year old son living with him that will soon be packing up everything and moving to CA. with his mother.

Let me know if yah can help....here and
answer by e-mail...MJ it's OK for KMA, my e-mail.

This is not BS....

Without a) passwords or b) physical access to the machine there is virtually nothing you can do to remove email that has been dloaded to his machine.

Without the cooperation of someone who *does* have access to his account and storage, probably not.
Not too different from what happened back in the "old days" when someone passed away and had a box or two of personal paper correspondence stashed somewhere in the house.

After 3 months time with no usage, the account will be deleted.
