Yep, a 42 year old single mother who prefers a European chap and needs someone to buy her house is right up my alley.

I can't sell my home here at any even reasonable price because of this market. (same over on the other coast of Florida, where her place is)

She's definitely pretty(not hot, but pretty in a plastic way), for 42, but she's obviously playing on her looks to get some sap to buy her house and then she'll be running like Walter Payton when that real estate deal is done.

I don't blame her. She's probably on the verge of foreclosure and maybe she'll get someone to do it.

Hmm after further evaluation that hand looks like a man's hand. So does the forearm. If not Kosar can't you just hit it and then walk out of the deal in the eleventh hour.:shrug:

Never looked at the hands or 'forearm.' Definitely a priority to get on that because it's very important in my life.

But yeah, I probably could employ your idea if I wasn't set with, uh, local 'outlets'(not 150 miles away) and I definitely don't need to screw around with pretending to buy another place.
