ok Sept 11th is my b-day (yes I know real happy day!). Now I have two questions I need an answer to:
1) In terms of population, what is considered a city? In other words, 50 000 a city? 100 000 a city? I would assume it would be different for every country, but does anybody know what Canada considers a city?
2) What happens if somebody kills somebody else in Antarctica? This is a place shared by 37 countries, so what happens in terms of the law? Yes I know there are only about 3000 people down there at one time but I'm sure some sort of crime occurs at least once a year.....so ummm what happens? Also, what do they do with the garbage? You can't burry it in miles upon miles of solid ice? Or can you?
