BoDog/Bovada, won't put a line up for Jazz/Utah, just because Gasol is a ????? what gives?

Local guy gave me line of Lakers -6 1/2 and 207 1/2.

Also a number of red games, meaning they are circled on the NCAA hoops from Bovada. Does any of your off-shore BM do this regularly?
