There is one lesson I have learned the past couple of months. Some teams and the players on them just bring bad karma to certain bettors. Some say that it is superstition and it is, but over the course of time it will affect a bettors decision making. You begin to 2nd guess yourself and then everything goes to hell. Not sure if this is the case with you, RAZ, but it seems like you've gotten burned a few times by Kobe and the Lakers. I try to stay away from certain teams and maybe you should try staying away from the Lakers for a while. My personal bitch list of teams that I "try" to stay away from(usually end up betting anyway) are the following: Bucks, Heat, Suns, Knicks, Lakers at times, Nets.
These teams have given me the worst beats in the NBA and it seems like no matter what side of the game I am on or whether I'm over/under, prop bet...you name it. These teams almost always find a way to do something stupid to cost me the cash. The worst part of it is that these 6 teams have probably accounted for most of my losses this year...no joke. Anyway, don't get down on yourself. There's always tomorrow and plenty more games to be won.
