Anyone have any tips on Grilling or cooking this at home?

After all the talk up top by The Boys, I am going to give it a shot and I have never cooked it.

Ingredients

2 lamb racks (about 8 to 9 ribs each)
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil, more if needed
Maggi, 2 tablespoons (my secret ingredient)
4 garlic cloves, unpeeled and crushed
2 (4-inch) rosemary sprigs, crushed
4 rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Freshly ground black pepper
Sea Salt

Mix it up in a flat pan or glass dish and put the racks in and turn them every 15 minutes or so. I like mine med. rare. Be carefull the oil may cause the fire to burn the racks.
