No. 5 was the top rated hoss in the 6th race and somehow ( ) I decided to do something that I used to do in the past and did the top/bot. wheelie thingy with it. Maybe the reason was what happened in the first race when my "4,5 top/bot 2/8" play screwed me AGAIN when the zacta came up 8-2(35 to 1) .
The racing gods evened the score in the 6th, DID THEY EVER. My pick, Pac Yer TACK, did some packing into the bankaroo alright. Oh, that "118 no. must be the weight Pack carried, the "29.20 is the WIN price.

$2 Trifecta $1,465.60 5-6-7 $29,550
What luck to have a 35-1 complete the zack
Hmmm... if only those gods would told me to just wheel that no. 5 on top of an "/all/all" tri.
What a freakin tri. payout! Ah, that ain't eva gonna happen TO ME anyways LOL
Oh, the TERRIBLE news..... When I like ONE hoss a lot, like Pac today, in exactas I ususally play the zack with TWO dollar ticket on top (more if the race only has 7 entrees) and ONE STINKIN dollar on the bottom of the zacka. Well, the bankaroo was kinda low and I just did one STINKIN dollar tickets. :00x25
Still, I ain't complaining.
BTW, I know stuff like this prob. doesn't go over too good ESP. if I didn't post the dang race, but nobody is really interested anyways, which is why I don't bother posting plays on a reg. basis like I used to, and I think DT doesn't mind reading this stuff I THINK. Actually one of the reasons I'm posting this is for viewers to see what the TRIFECTA paid :scared. It is a good example of what I wrote here to DT about ... "bet small and winning big WILL come your way from time to time". A $200 payoff ain't gonna make much difference (Dang, come to think of it - that $404 woulda) but it will last me awhile and who know's when the next Philly ultra payday will be coming down the the ole Philly conveyor belt again?
AND at this twack betting small means per ticket, not per wace. ....
-Finding the right races to play is just as important as finding the winning ticket AT PHILLY (methinks)
-Use the "going overboard" moola to buy MORE TICKETS and not bigger bets per ticket.
-Know when to take a hoss vacation; I stuck around a bit too long during the "favorites parades period" that Philly went through recently and if I didn't take that 2-3 week vacation - I would have been in deep poopoo. "Buying more tickets" will be a detriment during periods like that and the sooner you notice what's going on day after day and hit the EXIT... the better off you'll be.
Happy betting whatever your game is.
