I recently bought a laptop to use as a backup, and I purchased it ver the internet. When it arrived and I turned it on, the windows xp start-up screen is asking me for a password. I do nt have this pasword and the seller informed me that she forgets the password. Is there anything that I can do to gain the ability to use this laptop?
