Great time.
Bad place to watch a race. Track is not banked well enough for fans and the large building in the pit at finish blocks some part of the track for about 75% of the fans.I couldn't see turn 1 because of it.
SWA helped me get out of Vegas this morning.
Standby to Phx, 2 hr layover, then 1/2 full flight to Hou. Not bad for layover for a free ticket.
FastTrack was awesome as usual.
I took 3rd in a 11 car race. Was forced to start last and ran out of time to catch the top 2.Times showed I was coming though.

My brother took a camcorder and his camera.My wife wandered the strip with my camera while I was at the race.Will try to post some of his pics.
Was the Red Bull stunt plane guy on tv just before the race started. He was awesome. He kept sending the plane into stalls and doing tons of flight tricks.

Bad place to watch a race.

Richmond is the same way. The seats seem to go back from the track and not up. We sat about 3/4 the way up in turn 3 and could not see from the start finish line until they came out of turn 2. It was a good race to it was when Harvick and Rudd got into it. That`s my last trip.


Red Bull stunt plane :shrug: I might have missed that. had the grill going.

The Red Bull plane was one of the guys you see on Foxsports doing competitions. He screwed around for about 5+ minutes after the Start engines call.

1 good thing about Vegas was VERY EASY to get in and out. Took 45 minutes total from strip. I was thinking 2 hrs.

I grabbed a ugly play winner as well at MGM.
Had Hamlin(+250) over Smoke and Kyle Busch (3-Way Play).
Hamlin was a lap down most of the day.
Smoke crashes out.
Hamlin gets back on lead lap.
Then Kyle Busch pits more than anyone else late in race to allow Hamlin to hold him off.
Amazing place Hamlin got. He had a bad car all day.
