Last two races at Philly - Sat

Decided to post something since there is a faint sign of life in here which is nice to see.

8th race: not the better pick of the two that's posted, but no. 1A is currently at 5/1 and IF it stays close to those odds... it's a gift. Thinking maybe with the nos. 2,3, and/or no. 5 in exactas.

9th race: prob the better pick... no. 1,Lady Mickelson is the one ESP. with the jockey change to Rivera who is a jockey with so/so stats that I like A LOT. Other one to consider is the nos. 3.
Looking for a LONGshot? ... that would definitely be no. 8 and I will have something going on this one, BIG Variety.

Plenty of time till postimes.

Well, that's one... unfortunately Alexandria dropped big time in the last few "clicks" on the board; guess somebody knew something. Final odds... 9/5.
Got the good ole MAGIC nos. tri. .. BUT, it's the 3 favs (got the Win/Place as well for a thin layer on icing on the skinny cake). Guess what.. I gots the exacta too. Boy, that's really amateur betting but I just didn't wanna miss anything. BTW, I had the "Alex" on top of 3 other horses.

Let's see... the prices just went up .... $5.20 on the win (got the Place which isn't even worth posting; my win return wasn't bad at all though). Tri?.... ah, 24 STINKIN dollars, UGH!

Ok, on to the last race which I expect a MUCH better payoff IF it pays off.

You know - WHAT THE HELL is going on in the last race, TIME AND TIME AGAIN at this twack??? You just cannot beat the favorite no matter what it looks like .

Just from the top of my head... . . say, in the last 20 days of racing at Philly Park, if you bet a decent amount on the favorite in the last race, you would have quite a nice bundle by now. Bet it progressively nono and you'd have a HUGE bundle by now.

And that goes for many undeserving favorites too.

In case somebody is thinking about playing TODAY'S last race and the "favorite wins the nitecap" thingy..... today the last race is a Maiden race and I haven't been tracking or messing with those. IF a longshot wiener is gonna break the trend, maybe it'll happen in a Maiden race. Still, I ain't messing with today's 9th.

Didn't post a thing for today and avoided posting TWO MORE LOSAHS . Small bets, but still LOSAHS so far. Grrr!

My focus race for today is the 7th and IF the no. 3, Seeker, has 4 working legs in the prerace I will be doing something with that one. Prob start with a "magic" 1-3-6 tri box.

Laying low these days. You know, waiting for TUE$DAY. If there's a breakout day.. it'll be on a TUE$.

I didn't cap anything for this race but did look them over real close like. You just gotta take a stand against the M.L. fav. in the 9th, no. 7. That is, IF the no. 7 is favored. Just be very careful if they make a different horse the favorite. If that's the case, I wouldn't bet on it and not ever think of betting against it no matter which one it is.

BTW, I am looking at the nos. 4 and 6 in this race and will do something with these two IF the no. 7 is favored and ONLY if no. 7 is favored.

Really getting sick of watching a horse on my ticket look so good UNTIL THE FINAL HALF of the stretch run.
BTW, my orig. 2nd pick, no. 6, scqwatched... prob. a good thing.
