Does this typically happen when there is too much action on a side and/or total?

Ruck, Bo won't post the Blazers/OKC game either, they want me to call them, LOL!! I guess I'll do that!! Then after tonight, I'll ask for my money and go to one of the books IE suggested I try and see if that works for me. I enjoy being a customer but I want to get kissed if they are going to screw me by not letting me have action on something I want to take action on!!
