Playing the UNDER in the Golden State / LA Lakers game tonight, which has inexplicably been bet up from 205 to 206 (current total). What are these bettors thinking? As my colleague Raider pointed out -- In ALL of GST's home games this season-
only 4 out of 29 have gone over 205 (excluding 1 overtime). LA Lakers on the road -- only 9 out of 31 games have gone over 205. Takes 207 to break this total in a game that could be lopsided (assuming Lakers decide to show up). Total here is simply too high.

LAL / GST UNDER 206

Nolan -

do you have an opinion on the side?
I'm considering teasing down to basically a pick 'em, taking the Lakers.

I aksed the Polyester Man about this and he seems to think there's no value on either side. Line is a bit too high to play the Lakers and who can trust the Warriors? You just never know which Lakers team is going to show up. Lakers notoriously unacheiving against bad teams, but I just don't like betting on Golden State at home (not enough value in points). Pass for me.

thanks for the P-man's opinion. However, I'm playing L.A. to win as part of a teaser. I remember a couple of years ago when L.A. was laying something like -15 AT HOME and lost SU to G.S. But I'm trusting my instincts and I'm sure Rick Fox's new look will bring good karma.

Lakers +0.5
