I was not focused on Vaca, and completely missed this one. It's still VERY early, but nice looking play. I am kicking myself for missing it. Was hoping to get in at half, but that may be tough unless Zona makes a run.

I would argue that they are over-ranked and not overrated. They have simply won and when you are already a top 25 squad and are undefeated due to an average schedule, you are going to end up pretty high in the rankings until you inevitably suffer a conference loss or two. This isn't a Final Four looking team, but they do have talent and a really good coach. They should be able to make some noise in the tournament. They are fairly young when you look past their main 3 guys. They should only keep getting better as the year goes along. Also they are a fairly balanced team which you don't see much and is a key to success in March.
All that being said, nice call Hash as it appears you are going to cash this play.

I understand what you are saying, but I think they are both over-ranked and overrated. They won't end up as a top 25 team IMO. They'll probably win their first game in the tourney, but they won't win the second unless they get a good draw. That they are #3 right now is really comic though.
Sorry, I missed this Dilly. I did almost play Stanford, but USC has been looking a little better so I laid off.
