In the market for a zero turn radius mower. Anyone have one and if so what kind and how do you like it. Looking at a toro or cub cadet 44-50 inch cut. I know the xmarks are awsome but I want to stay around 3k and under. Thanks guys!!!

Id go with a toro over cub cadet. Also toro and exmark are for the most part the same mower. Toro has taken exmark and revamped them. Not sure how much you mow but things to look for are a good steel deck and good motor prefer kohler engines. I own a lawn care/irrigation company and we use toro mowers and well as own a toro dingo wich is a mini bobcat with different attachments. Im a big toro person and just feel the quality is better than cub cadet. Best of luck on your purchase

I am upgrading to a "zero" as well..Have shopped around for two years and found these few items to note.

Use of machine... resident or Commercial ?

Check w/ your local Sams Club if any...also on line...They have Zeros w/ free shipping..{Swisher 14.5hp Riding Mower - 36"$2,640.00
Shipping Included

Check w/ your local shops who carry and service machines and price shop those..

Locally a shop near me has Husgavara 38'' and 42" UNDER $2,700.00 BEFORE TAX but DOES NOT INCLUDE BAGGING UNIT OR MULCHING KIT.

Lowes and Home Depot are selling what are dubed residential zeros as well...here again depends on what you are going to use the machine for.

I would get some more scoop from fellas like "Spuds" who use the zero's all the time and also when ya see guys and girls who do it for a living stop and say hi...Lawn folks are usually kicked backed and eager to shoot the breeze for a sec{especially when the heat index is 100 plus} and telll ya what they think...Heck....it's not like we have to punch a clock or listen to a co-worker bellyache and moan half the day away.

Best of luck w/ your search...I'll be glad to do some additional search for ya if it will help...Rain out days are boring as heck!
