Been waiting as I've been trying to do a little leg work for you in speaking with a few attorneys friends I have--no success yet as both were no PI's however have one PI attorney and will try and speak with him today. Do you care if I fax him parts of this thread so he will know a few details.

--and I am not against lawsuits in general--only frivolous and mostly class action--you would be one of the very last to abuse the system--after all I remember your auto accident--many would have and could collected on it. Despite you not being injured the $ amount for Ins co to settle vs fighting it would have been between 8 to 12 thousand to my thinking which would have netted you about 50 to 60 %

Tough crowd...the insurance premiums was a tongue in cheek comment. In my line of work I won't pay very high premiums so I wouldn't be so quick to put me in the same boat as Dr. Freeze. It was more a post referring to our litigious society as a whole.

Hey Six-Five! Just saw that tomorrow night at 6pm central time, NBC Dateline is having a special about this very same topic. The commercial for it said that over 2,000,000 people get some type of infection while their stay in a hospital. Good Luck and hope everything turns out for the best.
