laying the chalk...

i have been tentative with throwing the chalk around due to being on little slump...and im regretting not making some plays i liked...today im taking atlanta...minus the 240...i think this is a good spot to play maddux...with his team coming off a hard fought loss and philly riding a winning streak...his numbers in this situation speak for themself..

1.) ATLANTA...TO MAKE $500

GL on this play but I want to tell you that I was thisclose to playing Philly today. They are the hotter team, their bullpen is pitching very well and the Braves aren't hitting. Maddux basically is a 6 inning guy at this point, maybe 7. I know the Braves have an awesome bullpen but I dunno if it is -240 awesome.
