Lazy bookie

My local is lazy and taking the summer off. any help
with online accounts would be appreciated. What's
the easiest way to fund,withdraw etc?. Was thinking
visa account just dedicated for this. I'm a small
player 10-100 bucks.Like golf, hoops and football
but will play almost anything from time to time.
Seems like such an ordeal to get an account.
