Under a mask.
I once read that "God hides himself in a thick darkness from the wise and prudent of this world."

If you really want to know the Holy God of Israel, the one and only true God, then YOU must seek him.

It requires a leap of faith.

You will not be disappointed.

Your choice.

Buddy,I would take a second look here brother.God has chosen many to be saved.Although we do seek,it is him who finds us.Without him finding us first it would be impossible to have a personal relationship with God.

I could give you scripture to support this, but on my way to work. You sound like your in the word,do some research.

I do believe in freedom of religion, but I have a difficult time with those that preach their faith to others, and subsequently judge those that don't believe the same way they do.

Along these lines, I heard a report on radio today talking about how Catholic Priests were affected negatively by Woodstock, and this is what (in part) caused them to sexually abuse children.

I would assume this kind of thing would be very difficult for those of the Catholic faith to continue to hear about. What bothers me more in some ways about these things going on, is the supposed higher-ups in the Church covering up these behaviors.

And, we're supposed to just accept this from those that supposedly have found God and want to teach others, especially our youth, about the right way to live their lives?

Well Chad for starters I am a former Catholic that has left that denomination for many reason's.

As far as Woodstock and Catholics ,I can't help you there my friend. There is alot of evil in the world ,it even infiltrates our churches today. Also if you read scripture it clearly states that God is the one that FINDS,not man so Chad sadly you have been misinformed.
