How can anyone hate on this kid ?
Came into the NBA at 19 and has been a role model.
He looks dejected, sad and angry.
So easy for people to hate on others.
I have the utmost respect for how he has handled himself and his fame.

Not necessarily his fault as to why I can't stand him...

Came into NBA at 19 and got every advantage, every dollar, and every call from DAY ONE. Never paid his dues, just runs to the rim. If you dare to stop him, its a foul.

Even now, his main strategy....get further away from rim to get more of a head of steam and just run faster to rim. Its either a layup or a foul, sometimes both.

He's basically a guard version of Shaq. So big that he just overpowers and if there is contact, on either end, he's the one that gets the call.

The league made absolutely sure he was to be a star before he played his first game. What I don't fully understand is why he hasn't won a title yet, but maybe they are just waiting til he leaves Cleveland. Like sponge says....I know there's a script I just haven't seen it....lol.

yep

read something quite intersting and true the other day

he's the "least intersting star in the history of the nba"......and by that, they are saying on the court......sure he jumps high and has nice dunks......but the saying and thinking goes

his offensive game is based on bowling into the lane and running into people, getting calls for (mostly) and against (rarely).......which makes his overall game, quite un-interesting.

i agree

his outside shot is better, but still lacking
his post-up game is non-existant
his defense stilll leaves alot to be desired

EXACTLY MY POINT... Same with Marshmellow Anthony.... Being from Utah I see a shitload of Denver games on TV, and IT IS WRONG... And the saddest thing is the two "SUPERSTARS" did the same thing when the refs "DIDNT GIVE THEM THE SUPERSTAR FOULS": They cried, bitched, and pretty much sulked (which definately affected their team's play too)

I believe with Donaghy's book out last year that IT WILL AFFECT guys coming in that are "superstars"... They will have to play to their greatness, NOT BE GIVEN IT.... FTA'S/FTM being 50%+ of a guys night shouldnt be really a superstar.... Its the arrogance (and its probably not Jame's fault, cuz he has been getting those calls forever from the beginning), when HE DIDNT GET EM, that pissed me off as an exfan of NBA... (I still love to gamble, but the love of the game turned 3 years ago)....

Durrant, for instance, even when he was getting no calls, no love, and knew his team was done that night, continued to try and produce, and overall, "Lift his team" even in the face of defeat. To me, that's a superstar in the making, by HIS OWN ACCORD... NOT GIVEN BY STERN AND GROOMED... Kobe, when he joined, still had to EARN his "Superstar STATUS" But he too has been babied ALOT and I think it has hurt HIM and his fans cuz he gets lazy with ENTITLEMENT... BUT KOBE doesnt cry during a game and give up.... Really disappointed in how Le BRON handled last 3 games off the court especially...

This is what I wanted to say in my ramblings above.. wish I wouldda read this BEFORE i typed all my words... saved me time... I TOTALLY AGREE... And it hurts the GAME AS A WHOLE.. LeBRON will learn and will adjust if the NBA lets him push himself to his fullest potential... Barreling into people knowing 90%+ of time u goto line, IS LAME... ESPECIALLY FOR TRUE FANS.. (and ex :D )

How long have you followed the NBA ? Kidding right ?

Kobe Bryant. Game 7 vs the Suns. Flat out quit in the 2nd half. (BLOWOUT)

and also the game 6 2008 finals. (BLOWOUT)

Kobe is quitter, did you forget how he wanted to be traded to Chicago before the 2007-2008 season?

Not like I saw with LEBRON tonight... I saw it in his eyes in the 2nd qtr.... TOTAL BEWILDERMENT... Like, how and why did MY FANS boo me last game??? And where is the help refs ALWAYS GIVE ME??? Superstars would overcome that, and prove to everyone, he doesnt need it... but I think HE BELIEVED HE NEEDED THE HELP AND ARROGANTLY EXPECTED IT... he is young, and if he is a SUPERSTAR, he will regroup and learn from this humbling series... cuz he got bitch slapped into reality.... and he knows it... the question is, will he believe he can win without home cooking or "given help" on games Clev was outplayed so many times at home but miraculously Free Throwed his way to a win or a chance to win on final shot... Im not saying he sucks outright by any means; this is a huge lesson and I think a reality check on how the NBA is going to be thanks to that book... I think it REALLY IS AND HAS ALREADY CHANGED SOME OUTCOMES ON GAMES.... HOW MANY PEOPLE BELIEVED KOBE VS LEBRON??? Probably more than a few....

And did you see HOW FAST ESPN was and how many stories were ready and prepared on WHERE IS LEBRON GOING???? Instead of pointing out where he failed to live up to expectation of a LEADER and SUPERSTAR??? That tells me that ESPN was ready and TOTALLY expecting this loss... Alot of the people on this board who bet on Cleveland tonight even said the REFS will make SURE Cleveland wins and there is a game 7.... Instead of stating the usual, CLEVELAND is great and will rebound with the leadership of Lebron or something of the like... And Im not saying it IN BLACK OR WHITE... LeBron is young and its how he handles the next year that makes him a superstar or kills his KINGSHIP.... IMO.
