All kidding aside man, I'm not even going to make this into a shitty post but did you read what you wrote man?

Do you realize that the flag you speak of has never been representational of the "confederacy"? The confederates were an army of what could now be termed as domestic terrorists that took up arms against your country! The weren't Americans fighting for good and right cause, they were fighting to dissolve the Republic you now call home and to enslave people you supposedly call your friend today!

An entire population of people, real life human beings that donate blood, volunteer at hospitals, join the service and defend our freedom, said that the flag you speak of offends them because it reminds them off the terrorist group the Ku Klux Klan. The KKK bombed children and murdered women for no reason other than hatred.

Now you say that the flag has piqued your interest simply because you can make a political argument against the liberals with it?

I'm being dead serious here Scott, I swear I'm not trying to be a dick and won't say another word about it if you wish, but do you really want to be that guy? Would you really want your children to think of you as someone that supports the use of something that represents the suffering of so many people?

It doesn't stand for "Southern Pride" or anything like that. True pride needs no icon. If you're proud of your heritage, be proud of those that tried to defend it, tried to improve it, those that make southern hospitality and southern gentlemen an actuality rather than a notion.

Seriously man, I'm asking you to really think about this. That flag doesn't mean shit and it never has, it just looks cool to those that consider themselves a rebel. They aren't rebels at all. I usually see it on the back of an old Ford driven by a toothless redneck that look like they smell like urine.
