Theisman, one last thing you should be aware about is in Colorado you only have 7 days to request a DMV hearing regarding the privledge to drive. No clue if Tenn has a deadline but if there is Dont let that deadline pass waiting on your attorney to get back from Vacation.

i know its been said, but dont drive brotha. we have all made mistakes, and im sure most of us on here have driven when we shouldnt have. I am guilty of it.
not worth it, and i no longer do it. learned my lesson. never got in trouble but had to many times where i got home and didnt remember how the next morning and it makess me ashamed.
