I don't know how your laws in Colorado, are but the laws in NY are as followed refusal of a breathalyzer is automatic revocation of your license for one yr.

If you do get the opportunity you may eligible for a conditional license.

You would have been better off to blow and then gone and got a conditional license, the ddp here in this state give your full privileges back in 7 wks.

Plus there is a 750 drivers assessment fee that's due,you are allowed to pay that back in a 3 yr period.

What's going to kill you will be lawyer's fee and insurance, you will be put in a high risk pool for the next ten yr.


I see it everyday here its horrible.

I can't tell you how many people I have signed up for ddp, I guess that's why I don't drink and drive.
