after the 0-2 I tossed on Monday. The saving grace is that all plays in the first 2 weeks will be for just one unit.

Expectations are very high in Akron this season. Lost is last seasons starting backcourt of Mc Nees and Roberts and scorer B McKnight but the Zips have a lot moving in to fill the void.

Gilliam, who will be coming off of the bench is a player who can drive, slash and score anywhere from the floor. PG Abreau, though undersized, is not afraid to get to the paint. 7' Zeke Marshall is a great shot blocker that can make life in the key a difficult proposition for the opposing bigs. The 3-4 postions are very deep and can match up with most anybody.

I'm waiting for +8 tonight but think if they can avoid the hometown whistles they might be catching a MSU team that is ripe for the upset.

Akron +7'

If Zeke and Treadwell can stay out of foul trouble tonight this game could be very interesting. The Zips can play Treadwell at the 4 or bring in an athletic Harney at the 4 and cause some problems for MISS St on the defensive end. A key in my mind will be the play of Diggs. Btw, I really like the Gilliam he is an explosive scorer something the zips havent had in awhile.

Even though they lost Mcnees and Roberts (who btw wasnt that much of a starter) they still have plenty of Experience from the last two years that have went to the NCAA tourney so the Miss St. stage wont intimidate them.

I got the Zips +8.5 so GL to everyone.

That was a clear testament to how bad of a coach Stansbury really is... He's a goddamn loser who has no business as a HC...
