I read the manifesto and several points he made I actually was in agreeance.

Was reading it last night and was wondering how an obviously intelligent person--could blames his tax problems-2 failed business ventures-and investment (retirement) philosophy on anyone but himself--he was the one making the choices.

I haven't read it yet, but if he lost money in the market he could easily blame someone else. The SEC was established to protect citizens. A job they have failed at miserably and still do to this day. When people put money in the market they are told and expect it to be a fair market. Its not. I haven't had money in there for about five years. Its all fixed. The sooner you realize that, the better you will be.
