Don't usually post, but I really like Rice +8.5 against UTEP.
Rice is improved off last year....and even talking bowl game this season :scared
It seems that Major Applewhite has rubbed some of his "getting the most talent out of your ability" crap on Rice.

And they are "as healthy as they have been all season."
Dillard, who just got nominated for the Biletnikoff award, can flat play. He holds the current streak for consecutive games in which he caught a TD Pass... And he can match UTEPs big player Higgins.
And we all know Jordan Palmer is good for at least one dumbass interception.
