you have basically described classic gynecomastia by the way.
Sounds like you may be wanting to mammogram and/or biopsy those puppies. Women aren't the only ones who get breast cancer.
Just sayin'.
classic gynecomastia requires no imaging. in fact, doing mammograms or ultrasounds on gynecomastia only leads to confusion, inappropriate biopsies, and inappropriate surgeries. the diagnosis is made clinically.
Is it sensitive to the touch? How much do you weigh?(are you over weight). How old are you?
If it's not too big and you haven't had it too long you can treat it with Letrozole. A lot of my friends have dealt with gyno because of some of the supplements they've taken and most of the time the Letro will take care of it. There's a protocol for doing it to get rid of gyno that works very well but you have to taper off so you don't have any rebounds.
A lot of people that are over weight think they have gyno but most of the time it's just fatty deposits. If you're thin and have it then you will really notice the mantitties.(more like a saggy A cup boob)
def. have lipomas, have seen gynecomastia, im about 6 3 , 200 , so not terribly overweight, going to have them excised next monday, def. rocking the man titties right now when i wear t shirts
