Now you have me thinking.

Id probably say my best shot was 205 out on par 5...hit my 4 iron well and got a friendly bounce. Literally was hanging over the lip of the cup. First ever eagle, and almost first ever double eagle.


Only have 1 eagle since. Golf is a fuckin tough sport.


And if I shoot a 44 I'm happy.

Golf with my dad/brother/papa whom are all scratch golfers....makes it tough to win money...

addict in golf or any sports i say luck factor is only 15% 85% skill

when you invole yourself to perform a sport luck factor is simply being at right spot at right time

I played golf for years all public courses one seni private

Wind was every golfers enemy.

BUT play after a soft rain greens soft most all shots will stop right where they land on green

one shot out of low lip sand trap 1st hole on the 9 hole course only 90 yards i sank a birdie 30 ft with putter because the sand was damp and smooth from rain

Thats the luck part!

in normal days sand is fluffy aint no way you putt out of it

then again each person has thier own opinion of luck % in sports

maybe your right but you said u played with family who were all good golfers so you had to learn from them and get better playing against them
