Chicago is overvalued here. Bad weather typically helps the dog because it minimizes the favorite's speed advantage. Also, when a team gets killed by an opponent during the regular season, often the second meeting ends up being a totally different ballgame. The Seahawks were in the Super Bowl last year, and they should view this line as a total slap in the face!
