I agree that hawaii was a public play that did not cover and you might be able to say that cincy was also. But starting with louisville and marshall, Marshall, texas tech, ucla, BC, pitt, and oklahoma state (win or push), all coverd. Also these are my opinion of what the "public plays" were based on how my local lines moved here and from what i have heard from my locals. Needless to say being in nebraska i will also qualify neb, and ksu as public plays today on a more regional basis.
