It was said at the end of the BJ game tonite that Price will not be starting tomorrow and was sent home sick tonite. He is still the listed pitcher on many sites. If you want to bet on the Jays with a high + number then do it now as action.

Rays LHP David Price will miss today's start after becoming ill and leaving Tropicana Field on Friday. RHP Jake Odorizzi will start in his place, the team announced after the loss to Toronto.


The Rays hope Price could take Odorizzi's place as Sunday's starter. They'll know more today.

Price is 14-2 with a 2.45 ERA in 18 career starts against Toronto.

If Price starts Sunday, that could knock him out of Tuesday's All-Star Game. Sunday starters are usually replaced on the roster since they don't want to throw again two days later.
