Let me tell you the last time I said the word "LOCK"

Had the Twins on the money line against the Yankees in early May
The game goes back and forth....
Twins were up 9-6 till the Yanks came back and tied it.

Game is tied 9-9 going into the 12th.

Twins score 3 runs on a series on hits...
Two minutes later my friend Mike - IM's me......
He asks me if I bet on anything tonite...

I said, " Yeah, got the Twins... up 12-9 bottom of the 12th....
...................IT"S A LOCK !"

He then says, "You didn't just say that...did you...??? You know
what happens when someone says that ?"

I said, "Bullshit...this game is over..."

Well....next thing it starts to rain....a hit - another hit...a walk
Giambi up ....BOOM....game over....grand slam....

I was stunned....never said that word aloud every again.....

Lesson learned.....

I believe Peyton Manning is 0-4 vs. Spurrier. Look for him to go 0-5.

The Skins will finally find out how to run that offense this week with Shane Matthews in control again. Give the ball to Davis and run short pass plays.

I have James/Davis on two of my fantasy teams so they better do good.
