If I understand this and other news related to the French. Even when the shooting stops. The French do not want us to have a say in contracts to rebuild Iraq as needed. They also want all oil to be handled by the UN. And by those countries that never join to help. Such as France Germany & Russia. Screw them. Contract should first go to US, England, Australia, And so on. Thats for the rebuilding. The Oil can go through the UN. However the control will not be France,Germany or Russia. I dont care if its us. But we will have some say and we should. But we have some other friends that can play a part. Such as Spain. Italy and Poland. I say to bad Frenchie.
