I'm looking to fund an account at a book that provides in-running betting. I know there are quite a few to choose from, but I'm hoping to hear from someone who has some experience with IR books. Basically what I want is:

1) Very fluid/volatile lines...the more the better. (ie. the guy running it over-reacts when one team scores).

2) The book should take Neteller, if possible.

3) I'm not looking for a "market" ala Tradesports. I don't like having to hope that someone matches my offer, and that I might have action and might not. And I'm not into hunting around waiting for the one guy who doesn't know what he is doing. I want to bet against the house on games in progress.

Of course the book should be reputable & safe, payout quick, etc etc.

Thanks

Thanks IE. They may be a bit more sharp than I am looking for. :) Anyone else?

I initially had a certain European book in mind, but they don't take Neteller.

Hey Jack,

I tried to use CRIS's market setup, but had no success. First off, it is a market, just like Tradesports. I could settle for this if I had to, but I just saw much better opportunities at offshores that offer true In-Running. Second, in the games I tried to play there was not a single other person in there. Nobody to match bids with, so no action. Maybe this will change with the regular season here...but I was not encouraged when I sat through 3 whole games and never saw another bid hit the board. :(

A buddy of mine runs the IR for a book in England that does this. But I think I am going to avoid the place given that there could be a perceived conflict of interest. (He could lose his job if I slammed him on a mistake and they had any suspicion that he might have set favorable odds on purpose for me. Mistakes do happen in the heat of the moment, but he would never do this for me). The odds on underdogs are outrageously good, in particular if you hit a dog right after the favorite has put up the first points of the game. But he says he can hardly ever get action on the dogs...which is why the odds are as imbalanced as they are.

Anyways he recommended another book over there that also does it...but no Neteller and not a very North-American-friendly atmosphere.

I know of three books in the UK that do this so far...

Book 1) My buddy works there...conflict of interest / he doesn't want me hitting his mistakes and costing his company money. :) And I do think his lines are a lot more sharp than the other two anyways.

Book 2) Doesn't take Neteller

Book 3) Qualifies, but they charge 30%-40% juice on in-running, which is pretty insane. My friend from book 1 says they also cut his limits to practically nothing when he won off them. You'd think they'd shut him down completely, but I guess they are hoping he'll still places ?25 bets just so they know what side he likes.

Book 2 would be a great solution if I could get my money there. They've got a system over there where you can deposit directly from bank account to book, or transfer money within a group of about 12 different books, and withdraw again immediately afterwards to your bank when the game is over. But it requires a UK bank account, which requires proof that you live in the UK. Their lines are soft because they have very few North American customers, and he says the traders set the odds on the game incorrectly, as if it was rugby, not American football. (ie. In rugby teams will continue to pile on the points even when they have the lead; in US football teams will play prevent defence, kill clock, etc).

Unfortunately I need a way to get money over there...and my credit cards won't allow direct deposits to any gambling-type sites anymore.

So I am still searching.
