just want to be able to change the background color and change color of the text

example....so basically below where it has example that would be black with example white wording,,example 1 would be white with black background and example 3 below would be black with white background..thanks

I am not sure how much you are looking to spend on software but Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat will do the trick easily

If you are using a banner ad, pdf isn't the best option. Any image editor can do what your asking or simple html coding.
