Been a SUNshiny day alright
Made a 3 team parlay earlier today and it has college footballers in it. Posting it now.
I kinda make my own teasers with these things and that has been working great. THAT MEANS THAT THE LINES IN IT ARE ADJUSTED. However, plenty of times the reg. posted line woulda covered.
Pending 3 Team Parlay
Pending 12/30/19 4:00pm College Football 289 Mississippi State -3 -145* vs Louisville
Pending 1/1/20 1:00pm College Football 264 Alabama -6 -138* vs Michigan
Pending 12/29/19 6:00pm College Basketball 680 Indiana U -3 -220* vs Arkansas
Hmmm.. Sheet, I think that basketballer
just started.
The 'Sun" in "SUNshiny" came from KC Chiefs game covering my teaser in TWO kinda big teasers I had going. It's a good example of why I post the plays here where most readers may prefer making reg. line -110 bets and this one covered that kind of play as well. I think around 50% of my adjusted bets cover the posted lines. The icing on the cake was when, at halftime, i got me a "Chargers score OVER 10 2nd half" to cover the cost of all the bets and a little more, U know, like provide some insurance. Check out how that worked out, guests.
I cap the games to cover a reg. line and add the icing so I can :bed: well at night and usually wake up to some good news.
One other suggestion I'd make to parlay players is to use more than ONE sport in them. Is it easier to make, say, a four teamer parlay, ALL four teams are college football plicks or to do 2 college plicks, 1 NFLer, and 1, hmmm... say, a basketball plick? The latter route works for me. If your bookeimon doesn't allow you to do that - find one that does, like maybe an onliner.
Touchdown Jesus : I did read your post in my last thread here and it is really good news you're doing well. Don't do what I did - that is, I had my bankaroo at 6 TIMES the amount of $ I had when I started this football season and increased my "Unit" size too much. It dropped to just a little over 4 times and I went back to my lower unit size and it's now better. Don't make the mistake I did.
UGH... I thought I put this in a NEW thread.. this is "my last thread" just added this. SOB
I guess the bottom line is - do whatever works for you.
