I don't know about you but
It looks to me as if Pitt has got it together with a few strong weeks now and a defense that looks capable of making big plays with great speed. Rutherford is playing mistake free and I don't even have to say who the besy Wideout is in the nation. I think there will be overreaction to Hall being out next week. I am looking at Pitt as 3 point home dogs but you might see 2 now. Pitt is strongest teaditionally as a dog and I like the way they handled the option last year in their victory over VaTech and w/ 7 starters back on D the option that Tech runs won't be a suprise. I think Pitt will be up bigtime for this one especially now that the Hokies are the team that knocked off Miami. I love it because this is the last go 'round for the Big East defectors and being from Connecticut and following UConn for so many years I say good riddance and this is Pitt's last crack at Tech as a Big East Foe. Therefore I am giving the early Motivational Angle to PITT. VaTech will be celebrating this Victory till at least Thursday so that gives them 1 day of focused practice. The Miami Hangover Play just might be on. I also feel very sorry for Tennessee as Miami will take out a shit load of frustration on them next. Congrats to Frank Beemer for having those boys prepared and focused. I hate Miami with a passion but my feelings for Tech are almost mutual. If both teams could have lost tonight I would have pulled for that instead. But that's the fan in me not the handicapper.
